Before the ticket and the visa

A ticket is only as good as the name on the passport. Before you ask us to hold a seat, send the full name as it is printed, the passport number, and the date it expires. A visa or a holiday that runs past the expiry will not board.

Kenya visa rules are set by the government, not by us. We tell you the papers and the fee in Kenya shillings and in dollars. Nothing is lodged until you accept. The same is true of a passport application: we walk you through the steps. We do not promise a date the office has not given.

If the trip is a safari and then the coast, buy the flights after the parks and the towns are chosen. Changing a ticket is more expensive than waiting one day for the plan. Travel insurance is the same. We send the premium. Nothing is bought until you say yes.
